Yup

Gain might be too high turned up or sub wired to amp too low of an ohm load.

So uh I was trying to turn the gain up so I put a stuck a screw driver in to turn it and when I pushed on it the sub started playing lol

No it’s on the floor of my trunk, I have a 2008 rav4 and it has like a compartment “underneath” the trunk which has the amp and sub
