3bd 2.5 bath, 1650sq ft, colonial design, premium lot (biggest in neighborhood) situated on a quiet cul de sac. Brick from the ground to top of 1st floor then siding. Both lots on either side have buried utilities so no immidate neighbors on either side. Behind us is a wildlife preserve so no development will happen there. We added a lot of upgrades- cabinets, master bath layout, carpet grade and high efficiency everything.Share the details on it amigo!!
Actually the yard has great drainage and the house sits well above the street. We should have excellent drainage away from the foundation on all 4 sides and 2 storm drains in the curb right in front of the house. That house of yours is going to f*****g **** when it rains.

Nice. The very 1st home we looked at happens to be a few blocks away from where my house is now. Bought mine in 2008 just before the financial crash/crises. We gotta call from the finance broker and erged us we need to buy a house now. Rounded up our real estate agent and right after I got off work we must've looked at 5-6 homes that night. The 1st house we looked at is the one I bought. All the others were nice, overpriced, and just plain small 1000-1200 sq ft for 4 people is gonna be tight. A house across the street from me recently sold for 340K.....exact same sq footage as mine, same number of bedrooms/bathrooms as mine and lot size was approx the same. Housing prices are pretty insane around here.3bd 2.5 bath, 1650sq ft, colonial design, premium lot (biggest in neighborhood) situated on a quiet cul de sac. We visited it yesterday, they have the first floor framed already.
Colors are an off white brick, linen siding, navy shutters and front door then black roof.
We wanted something different, everyone is doing beige.
Its our first house, we must have looked at about 50 homes before finding this new construction deal.

220k in Ann Arbor gets you 800-900sf, 2-3bd 1 bath, built shortly after ww2, 1 car garage, interior is 30+yrs out of date. Newer homes built in the 90s have engineered (cheap af) joists. This house is 2x10 joists, I was sold as soon as I read that lol.Nice. The very 1st home we looked at happens to be a few blocks away from where my house is now.
