That's Richie Crampton's 57 Chevy wagon with a top alcohol funny car engine. Notice the throttle body below the blower and the breaker bar that keeps the blower from spinning. He runs the engine naturally aspirated, EFI, pump gas on the street. Remove the breaker bar, disable the EFI, and you've got a blown hemi running on alcohol making 3500 - 4000 hp for the strip. Genius.
