This is my 07 ranger 4x4 that I have been getting help with on my skar amp issue that has thankfully been solved. It has an alpine UTE-73BT head unit, rockford fosgate p1683 speakers in all 4 doors, a skar audio rp1200.1 amp and a skar svr 12 in a ported box. Nothing award winning but plenty of sound for a small cab

Congratulations. How long did you work on this? This looks good. Did you take out the back seat? And? How does it sound? Working right? Of course why then would you place it on. This is a mono amp or 4 channel amp? But looks good. 2007 doesn’t have a back seat.

You didn’t finish it? Why not? Ford Ranger is a power driven truck. If you add an amp to it, sounds will come from the alternator giving the battery more pop. And there’s a factory amp to this? Did you connect those too or just off the radio is the Subwoofer? Two amps.

thanks, I have had it for just over 1.5 years. I did take the 2 jump seats out of the extended cab area, I will try to get a video of it this weekend. It is a mono/ class D amp. 1200 watt rms at 1 ohm the sub is 800 watt rms

Is this a real person?

It's a great configuration, dial in the distance from the side wall of the cabin for best results.
What enclosure are you using? Do you know the specs?
These are the specs of the sub and box.

Well the next step in my build, I ordered a 300 amp alternator. After getting the gain set as close to requirements as possible and the sub broken in, certain songs are causing the lights to dim . It has a 135 amp alternator, 1/0 big 3 and a 2 farad cap. So I figured it was smart to upgrade the alternator.
