ZX2500.1 vs Collossus **(help)

Hey guys,

Since I need 2,000 + watts rms @ 2 ohms.

Which of these amps would be better, more efficient, More durable and would take more punishment ?

Kicker ZX2500.1 or Hifonics Collossus XX ?

i would say the collossus i loved my collossus it was louder than my orion for a street beater but the orion was louder on a fuse

get the collossus and extra battery and you will be good

I havent heard too many bad things with the kicker. I dont know about the hifonics...

Can you tell me exactly why ?

The Collossus XX is rated @ 3,200 rms @ 2 ohms and the ZX is rated @ 2500 rms @ 2 ohms.

I already have my mind set in one of these 2 amps but I need to know which would be better.

Either would be a good choice, really just personal preference.

are the hifonics xx amps better then the brutus amps because hifonic seem to be a little bad when it comes to quality for what i read but i dont if its owner error or bad products

is it true that the xx will do rated power @ 12.5 volts and the reason i ask about the xx-line was because im thinking about buying a zues or a herc

There is nothing wrong with the quality of the Brutus amps... Maybe just a little overrated. Still great amps for the price you pay.
