When they don't post the proper power ratings, that means it's giving your driver LESS power. LESS POWER CAN NEVER DAMAGE YOUR DRIVER. This cannot be stressed enough. Those other non-CEA compliant amps might not do their rated power, but they'll do something around it. (normally the most the power will alter in terms of RMS is about 100 watts or so RMS). This WON'T damage your system.yes, i have bought the kickers already...
