Kicker because it's **** efficient and everybody has had good results out of them. I plan on getting one myself.

I've not ever had a colossus, had a goliath but it's no comparison to the 2500. I know the big older colossus's that looked like to 150.1's in one case made some good power, clearly over 3kw. I've never had to deal with hifonics customer support, lucky me. I've asked the guys at kicker a couple of questions and I got the messages instantly replied to.... Mostly because of Polecat on the forum, I swear the guy fired an answer so fast I wasn't sure if I had pressed the send button!

This reminds me of the Rockford vs Kicker thread... and I believe I'll say flip a coin in this one too. Ok thank you. I know hifonics has been hated on for awhile now over raiting there amps and such. I will just stick with the kicker zx2500.1

Now someone find me a sweet deal on the 2500.1 LOL
