Zune Problem

I have a 1st gen 30gb zune. I am trying to take my music off of the zune and put it on my computer. But it never does it and gives me an error code. Anybody know anything about this?

Try the Zuneboards website.

I'm not sure about taking them from your Zune and putting them on your computer.

taking the MP3's from my Zune and copy it onto my PC so i can put it on my I-pod
