Zedaudio amps?

I'd rather buy from SSA as well.

way i perceived that was you wouldnt of liked going through lukas (audio junkies)

Kind of an a** hole remark cause lukas has only ever been nice to me and helped me make the right choice. However, i can only say great things about SSA as well

Since we've moved out of retail, if you want a Zed amp you have to buy from Sound Solutions or Zed Audio directly.

Either way, its not too big of a deal. Everyone has their preferences of where to buy from online. I've only heard good things about SSA. So hell, send them some business. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I am running Zed Amps, Gladius to the front (edi 6500's) and 2 Miniliths strapped to the subs (2 Eclipse SW8200's) When i first turned the system on after the install, i was literally blown away.... i just sat there and could not believe what i was hearing, musical notes and layers never heard before. the sound was soo clean and tight that i was in awe for about 15 minutes! Elemental Designs are descent speakers but by no means what i would call a great speaker, but the Gladius makes those baby's sing soo good that i have postponed upgrading them. and as for the subs all i heard about the Sw8200's was how power hungry and what a big box they needed, well let me tell you I am running a 1.83 cf sealed mono chamber fiberglass box for the 2 12's and these babys not only hit hard and low but are musically balanced with the front stage. I have spoken with Steven on several occasions while deciding which amps to use and he has always been more than gracious to answer ALL my questions as dumb as some were and advise me on how to configure my system. I bought my Gladius on ebay and shortly after installing it I had a problem, Steven not only fixed it without question or charge, but also for a nominal charge did the "Burr Brown" upgrade to it. when the amp came back it sounded even better and more clean than before. It is hard to describe but ya know when you listen to a really really good sound system, you can hear the "power" behind it? well that is the same feeling I get from the Zed's, they sound incredible, I will never use another brand amp again, and for the price you can not go wrong... buy them direct though. You gotta figure that if they were available in a dealer network, they would probably be around a grand or so each with the distributor mark up and the dealer mark up. so use that in your comparison to other amps. The price is kept low by dealing directly with Steven - Zed has the best customer service I have ever experienced even outside of car audio. Well, enough praying to Steven and Zed... Go for it, you will not be disappointed!

I bought some stuff from Audiojunkies a while back and it was a great experience. I'm sure disdain wasn't the previous posts' intent, but in Lukas' defense he was awesome to deal with.

I have a "Minilith" and it is amazing, pure and simple. You can not go wrong with Zed. In fact you would be hard pressed to find a better map at three times the price. Not only is it super clean, in fact the owner of the local car audio store I get to do my installs said it was the cleanest sub amp he had heard. He sells DD, Zapco, Alpine, JL... so he is used to high end product. The amp has extreme clean power with a lot of control. I will only by Zed from mow on, my next install in my new truck will have my "Minilith" and I am buying a Duece for my fronts and a Galdius for the rears. I had been running an old school PPI 4050AM and dotn get me wrong it is an amazing amp that I will never sell, but I want all Zed.

Not only is Stephens product top of the line, his customer service is second to none. I talked with and emailed him on several occasions. You do not get service like that anymore. I can not say enough about him or his product, do yourself a favour call him and buy the amps.

In fact if you get the latest edition of Car Audio magazine (SQ Issue no less) they review the "Gladius", the reviewer said that this amp is in his top 5 SQ amps of all time and is now one of his reference amps for 2 channel amps. You should really get the mag and read the review......hope that helps.

Thats an awesome review, I wish I could have kept mine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
