z2 wallpaper help?

Hey guys i cant figure out how to get pics onto my avic z2. Ive read all my manuals and i dont see anything about it in there. Except for of course the factory ones which is self explanatory. What program cd's dvd's will i need, Also if i have to change it to another format how can i do this? thanks sorry for all the newb questions but i cant find it anywhere.

Create a JPG file exactly 500x240 pix.

Make a CD with a folder called pictures and put your JPGs in the pictures folder. I have been told that it helps to have 100 meg of of files on the root of CD. I have a couple 50 meg zip files. Not sure if it helps but has always worked for me.

Insert the CD and under settings select background pictures. You can upload from CD at that point.
