Scratch that just listened to the video. Doesn't sound like tinsel slap. Sounds like something stiff is rattling against the cone or basket. Maybe loose dustcap?

one of my 8's has a very very tiny air hole on the dustcap and it makes an annoying noise like in the video, but that's only on a very low volume, you turn it up even slightly and it goes away.

to me sounds like the former is rubbing the pole.

What's with only 4 screws holding the sub? You sure it is completely sealed around the sub? One time m subs started making weird noises like that, kind of sounds like an air leak... then I found out that three of the eight screws had snapped and the noise were from air leaking behind the sub.

Those probably cost $30 each when buying 100-200 as a minimum.
