I have a Sony 12" powered sub. I would give it a 8 because it sounds good but it cant take lower bass notes you can start to hear it bottom out. I used to think that it was really loud until I got my system in my car now it dont have much bass to me..

i give it a 8. the sub is excellent as is the enclosure, but it should be doing ALOT more with 1000w rms than it does. perhaps the enclosure makes it innefficient, but i highly doubt that. for it's Vd, it should have more output. great driver, AMAZING sq, but if u want something like LOUD LOUD, look elsewhere.

Its getting like 300w in a ~1.1 cube box tuned to ~25hz

I want to give it 2 cubes and tune to 20 hz.
