your opinions on Treo Tsx's please!!

looking at buying 2 15 treo tsx's. ive never heard these subs play or know much about them. so how loud are can these get? anybody hittin big numbers with these? thanks

dont know numbers but these bad boys have great sql.....

they seem to get pretty loud...

overall depending on how much you pay for them I think they are worth the money...

i'm here biatches. the tsx is a great woofer as you all expected me to say. you will want like 1000 watts plus per woofer, especially with the 15"s. i ran one 10" ported with 1100 watts and it made people crazy. it rang their ears with a single 10. next to the ssx, it is the best woofer treo makes. their bass is super energetic and clean, and loud as ****. the best bass i have ever heard was three tsx 10"s with a zapco 9.0 on them.

how did you manage 1000w+ on a 10" rated for 400?

I know that they are underrated but still...I have seen people blow them on 700watts...

awesome!! thats kinda the idea i had. i always over power my subs. they just seem to play better. i cant find any specs for the ported box for these. do you have the recomended ported box size and volume? thanks !!

yea, i have tried the ssi and tsi's with a pair of JL 500/1's, then i tried a pair of tsi 10"s, ssi 10"s, single tsx 10", and this pair of dd 10"s with my 1100.1 DC.

well i got the subs. 2 Treo TSX's for $160 plus shipping. can anybody give me the recomended box specs? they are gonna be going in my 97 dakota. im looking to do a ported box so any help on the port and box size would be great? also, to hit ome big numbers im gonna need at least 1500 per sub? thanks

1500 per sub is overkill imo. 750w each should be plenty although 1000w each may be better. box specs should come in the manual with the subs.

well, i bought the subs off ebay, i just emailed the guy to see if he has the specs but i dont know yet. i know a lot of people on here know about these subs so i figured someone could tell me the box specs. i'll probably just end up calling Treo. well i guess im gonna have a JL15w3 dual 2 ohm for sale. in excellent shape.
