damn... batteries are pretty tough too. I would imagine they had to of thrown that thing all over the place to do that.

Yeah, i busted the bottom out of a battery a few weeks ago. Was lifting it into the battery tray and it slipped out of my hands...the bolt that clamps down on the battery went straight through the bottom and battery acid got all over my front clip....

Yeah, 60lbs plus plastic casing wouldn't take much to break... They did smoke it pretty good though. Musta tossed it off the back of the truck. heh.

this is the 3rd thing dhl has screwed up coming to me or shipping from me since the 1st of the year.

I think i will be reconsidering using their services (although the business/volume discount is awesome)

the last one took around a month to resolve, but in this case i'll just be ordering you another battery and front the cost until dhl resolves it with me.

My 70lb Kinetik HC-2400 that came ups that I picked up there at the same time was fine... Go UPS! heh.

UPS shipped my 83 lb NSB90 perfectly...even in some pretty weak packaging.
