You Know Those Uninstall Keys ... ?

About a year ago when I got my Kenwood mp-919 installed at ABC WAREHOUSE (remember them for future reference not to go there. BAD) The next day I was looking for the manual. You know so I could figure everything out. I go back there after I search my car and house. They find the whole box in the bottom of the garbage with instructions, keys, everything. I was pissed off and wont do business with them again.
