I agree he wants to correct it, but it doesn't change the facts unfortunately. Like someone else said, robbing a bank then giving back the money doesn't change the fact that you are a thief. I do believe he wants to return it to, but not out of sympathy of those he fooled, but because of fear.He had said he originally planned to return the money so my gut instinct is he's trying to correct this. But then again I have been wrong before.
WOW, she is hawdcore. Even though I am sure you don't agree with her, I bet it makes you happy to have someone with a different view that close to you. It probably even turns you on. In fact it is turning me on right now. Oh no wait, I got turned on because when you mentioned your GF I thought of your old ava.i see.
What I find most fvcked up is that my gf doesn't think he owe's anyone a refund and it is people's own fault for sending the money.
Flilp, I'd have to agree with your gf. It seems cold, but it's the truth. Think of it like this. You go to a gas station and someone approaches you asking for money, gives you a story, maybe they don't. Or someone on the street asks for change. It is your choice whether you want to give some sort of a donation. I have done so before to someone at a gas station, three months later they feed me the same story. I got scammed, it was only $3 but still, I got scammed for it.
The fact is, you don't know 100% whether the story was true and what it would really be spent on unless you actually received receipts, or if there was an actual death certificate, etc. People put their money into someone else's hands out of good intention, but they ended up getting shafted. Nobody forced anyone to donate, thus, why it is one's own fault if they did donate money.
WTF so you are alright with fraud too?Flilp, I'd have to agree with your gf. It seems cold, but it's the truth. Think of it like this. No youWTF so you are alright with fraud too?
You people are ****ing idiots.
No, I am against fraud. My response is clearly this. If people choose to give a donation, it is a CHOICE. Many people CHOSE not to, while others did. Those that did, got screwed. It is becomming difficult to trust people nowadays, so if you decide to give any monetary donations, you need to figure out for sure whether or not the money is going towards the specific cause.WTF so you are alright with fraud too?
You people are ****ing idiots.
Are you under the impression that Speedbump gave him money? No youre the ****ing idiot, along with anyone else who gave him money.
I didn't give him money. I smelled the BS. That still doesnt make it right that he scammed compassionate people you *******. IT'S FRAUD AND THE ARE REASONS IT IS ILLEGAL!No youre the ****ing idiot, along with anyone else who gave him money.
She doesn't **** (no pun intended). Yes people got hurt, but they put their trust into someone elses word. These people didnt lose shit compared to what other people lose. I, for example, put my trust into Ronnie, aka hornestnest and got some of the products I paid for, but also didn't receive a few products, a total loss $1,500. Who do I have to blame? Nobody but myself. I chose to give money while others suggested not doing it. Many people got their money back, but unfortunately I was not one of them. There are several others who also got screwed the same way I did. It was our own stupidity where greed overcame logic.his GF sucks. innocent, good hearted people deserve to get their money back. i'm sure it hurts when you try to do something generous and only get shafted in the end. i feel bad for them.
