Yesterday was a bad day...

I don't feel like going on. My dad passed away yesterday at about noon. He never woke up and it's suspected to be a silent heartattack/stroke. He'd be 55 this December 10th. I don't know how I'm going to get through this. As some of you know, I have some stuff for sale in the links in my sig. Any reasonable offer will be accepted and put towards this cause. I have to make up 1/3 of funeral costs. Thanks for understanding.

my dad passed January 18th of this year would have been 47. I know how you feel right now. I dont pray much but i will take time out of my night/morning and say a prayer for you and your family. Its a tough moment in your life and the best medicine is to remember the great things about him.

I can't imagine the pain you're going through right now but once you hit bottom the only way from there is up...keep your head up man. Just know he's in a better place now.

I'm Hmong, and the elders are uneducated about excercise. Back where they came from, everyone was so poor that it didn't matter if you excercised or not, you'd be lucky if you ate. I don't think they ever heard of working out. My dad did auto body/mechanics for about 15 years. Back then, they didn't have the facemasks they do today. It was just a plain jane pad and rubberband. He was told by the doctor that if he didn't stop, the fumes would kill him but I guess he never recovered from it. That is why I couldn't see myself doing auto body work. That plus being a diabetic doesn't help.

my dad passed away a lil more then a year ago... aug 28th to be exact, and I still feel the same way about not going on, the only thing that keeps me is staying with my mom. Best to you, sorry for your loss... Mine was 57...
