Yellow Headlight Reflector Removal

I know there is one detailed tutorial somewhere that i have seen, but i cant find it now. You bake them at a fairly low temperature, just to heat the silicon. Use a flathead screwdriver or something similar to pry the front from the back(be careful i think that stuff will be hot) and then do your business and reseal with silicon. I saw the tutorial on the toyotaguy forum i believe and it was for someone who painted their headlights.

I have known some guys that have done them but I dont know how long or what temp you bake them at, ill look around
I do know that this person did not bake them longer than 5 or so minutes.

low temp like 550
really? I'm sorry i thought the guy did it on a low temperature for under 5 minutes. If i am wrong, which i very well maybe, i appologize i was just going on my memory which is not very good.
