Yay or Nay box size

Im running 2 jl 10w6s in a total of 1.4 cu.ft..jl suggests .5 - 1.0...A number of people have been telling me the box is too small..They are wired at 1 ohm and pushed by a brutus 1606..After alot of research Ive read even a matter of .1 in airspace can make a big difference in sound. So is it suffiecent or should I look for a bigger box..

That is a little small but with a sealed box you won't notice much a difference when going larger. You could always put some polyfill in the box to see what they sound like in a larger box (the polyfill makes the subs think they are in a larger box).
