hey everyone,

im trying to set up a system for a friend using a jl audio 10w3v2 with dual 4 ohm voice coils and the xtant a3001 amp. it should work out pretty well. i was wondering what gauge of wire you'd recommend for this amp. i dont know much about the different gauges, but id think 8ga would be fine, considering it will only be 300w rms tops, most of the time it'll probly only be pushing 100w. i was reading on the internet that the xtant amp requires a 4gauge wire, but i dont know why it would. any suggestions and help would be great. thanks.
