XS Batteries

Lol ur alt would have to huge for that to work out, real world is totally different from test bench, music is variable so the voltage would go all over the place

In theroy you could run 2 3100s on 10k, or 3 on 15k I have yet to see one person in a daily or comp vehicle test this theory and we all know why, and what would happen if somebody did

You are correct on a real world test you would not have a continuous 500 amp pull. The pull would drop when the bass isn't hitting, which in fact would allow the voltage to recover and go back up. So, on the same exact 30 second run with a song which is dynamic the voltage would be higher than 10.8v.

Look at what your competitors that are limited to a single battery are doing. Ask Derrick Haddock what his 3100 was doing on a Sundown NS1.

Is a single D3100 the best option for a 5K system? Not for competiton use its not. You would see voltage drop, which would loose power from the amp, but a single D3100 with a good 250-270 amp alternator and proper wiring will run a 5k system on a 30 second competiton run and keep the voltage high enough to not send the amp into protect. Or check with Rusty at DC Audio, Nick at Incriminator Audio, Jacob at Sundown Audio, or any of the other amp companies. There is a reason why companies that use to recommend other batteries now are recommending XS Power. That reason is because our competitors have proven what XS Power Batteries do in the lanes in real world conditions.

I am not saying and never will say there are not other options out there and some really have no reason to run XS Power, but there isn't another option out there that offers what XS Power does. That has been proven over and over again in the lanes. Slamology and SBN was a great example of this. People that use to try to trash us are now running XS Power, because they tried them and saw the difference in voltage and scores.

In the end if you are running something and it works, then why change? Only person that can decide what you should run is you.

Like I said from jump marketing.

Nothing againts XS at all I respect anybody making money legally, not trying to bash or start a flame war, just saying from real world testing and such they are not worth the price tag, but hey if you can sell them at that price by all means sell sell sell..But I will not back down in my stance about there being other options that will work just as well depending on your application.. A battery is not complex by any means so there is not to much you can do to it to make it that much better then another one to justify the price..

But good luck to you guys over at XS, sell, sell, sell //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I respect your opinion and there is no ill feelings here. It would be irresponsible for a company of any type to think everyone in their market would buy their product. That is unless you are a utility company and are the only option. Lol

You brought up the key phrase..... depending on your application. Applications are all different even if they are installed in the same type vehicle with the same type equipment.

No pissing match here. I would ask you to please have the unnamed person to email me or call me 888.497.7693, because I can promise you no one is getting free batteries. Want to make sure they understand this before they go to the trouble of installing them. We offer a 60 day money back guarantee along with our 3 year warranty, but if its been over 60 days I will make an exception and take the batteries back if he/she thinks he/she is getting them for free.
No problem naming who we sponsor. Most are listed on our site under trusted partners.
before they are installed? lol. well that was like 3 months ago. vans about to be done

Become a vendor here and give me a discount, then I'll buy some XS batts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

In case everyone forgot, I am the Op of the thread. I have my questions answered and have learned a lot from reading all the pages. I am only running 1000 watts so no big deal.

Just trying to learn here, that is all. You guys carry on with the debate and I will stay tuned.

Oh and thanks for the XS guy chiming in, I now know I will never EVER get one for free. Had my hopes up too lol.
