Xplod 1200watt vs pioneer 760 watt

i got a pioneer 760 watt amplifier and i was looking at gettin a xplod 1200 watt

the ones at ebay for $98 i got a 12" 800 watt dual voive coil and a 12" 1200

watt sony xplode subs i wanted to get the most out of them please tell me whice

amp is better thanks
