Xp series or D series?

I will be running my system at around 5-6000w rms. I have a 320a alt and I have 6 runs of 0 gauge to the rear. I will be using it for daily pounding and impressing friends. Maybe going to car shows every now and then. I know the difference kinda between them, but should I go with the xp3000 in the rear or the d3100? I already have a d3400 under the hood. Any help will be appreciated!
