wuld this fry an amp? help please

im using a sony XM-1002HX amp. i cant believe i did it,but i picked up 2 speaker wires (the same wire pos and neg) and they hit eachother while power was on and the amps over current light came on and the fuse blew. i put a new fuse in, turned on my deck, and the fuse blew again before anything blew my amp.. is my amp fried?
