WTT: Looking for an Amp

Im looking for an amp that can do 400wrms at either 1.5 ohms or at 6 ohms.

Id really like to try to find a PG Xenon X400.1 or a 600.1, but all offers will be considered. Top notch SQ is key.

Heres what I have:

-Old school Sony pro audio 6" mids and matching 2" tweeters

-Brand new Cutter and Buck Pontiac windbreaker

-Eclipse SC6500 comps, new out of box, minus tweeter hardware and grills

-Eclipse EA3532 selectable 4/5 channel amp

-ANL fuse holder

-Rockford fosgate distro block

-New wireless Skil 18v jigsaw and Octo sander with blades and sandpaper, minus battery and charger.
