kept the old school inverted carbon cap

updated with the 12 spoke 15" basket

fresh recone last year after i bought it. hasnt left the box for anything other than to inspect and for pictures.

the motor and inverted cap are original. i wanted to keep everything period correct but updated it with a 12 spoke instead and of course it has a new coil, cone, and surround
