A picture of the actual amp itself w/ a piece of paper w/ your user name and todays date written on it. That way we know it is your amp.

oo ok, now i know what you guys are talking about i will post that as soon as i can. i need to catch my sister when shes home to take a pic, i dont have a digital camera. i forgot to mention even if the amp is blown i will still take it off your hands. i have no problem sending it back to repair it, as long as its JL
