WTF Kicker!

So i send a zx2500 to them to get repaired, cost me 140 bucks, they send it back to me and i sell it on ebay without ever testing the amp or even opening the box other then to take pics. Ebay auction ended and i sent the amp just as i received it. Now the guy says he took it to a shop because there was a rattling sound in it and that the amp has a bad chip? WTF!! How is kicker going to send me a defective amp back after i PAID them to FIX it!! Now i have to refund the buyer this money which i already spent on bills and send it back to kicker. This fcking blows.

what sucks is you dont know if he did something to the amp. dumb *** probably dropped it or something when he took it out of the box and is now blaming kicker.

EDIT: ur pretty stand up guy here. you even posted AS IS, NO RETURNS and ur still returning it. just based on the doubt of maybe this guy did something to it i wouldnt refund him but thats just me i guess.

Possibly but ive got 100% feedback on ebay and id really hate to fck that up over this. Plus he says he took it to a shop and they told him that, although im curious if they just wanted him to pay to have it "fixed." Some shops are shady as fck.

so now this bastard is saying he is going to have to file a claim with paypal, WTF!!

sorry if i have to send the amp back to you i will have to file a claim just to cover my but on the cost and paypal will refund faster. i will call the shop and tell them to put back together. i was hopein it was good. now i have a loss of $35 plus shipping back to you. if paypal don't take shipping out of your paypal for the return.

Thats pretty much what i just told him, that if he files a claim then all i have to do is show paypal the tracking number and AS IS NO RETURNS and they will side in my favor. Ill eat the neg. fck him.
