I've got a quote from Crescendo, and I got it just a couple days ago. $339 from them. And they were $300 when they first came out, which is the price I assume people selling them used at this point paid. Was told the other day they were 350
Are you really fighting over cookie cutter amps?I've got a quote from Crescendo, and I got it just a couple days ago. $339 from them. And they were $300 when they first came out, which is the price I assume people selling them used at this point paid.
It would appear so.Are you really fighting over cookie cutter amps?
Again, thread wasn't directed at Bush. It was in general. And all the crap you run is cookie cutter too. Dc, sundown, whatever.....all cookie cutter. Mass manufactured boards. They're quality.....but still cookie cutter. Are you really fighting over cookie cutter amps?
Reading > You. I dont run DC, Sundown, etc. I run whats in my sig. Most of it has been discontinued for quite awhile with the exception of the 9887.Again, thread wasn't directed at Bush. It was in general. And all the crap you run is cookie cutter too. Dc, sundown, whatever.....all cookie cutter. Mass manufactured boards. They're quality.....but still cookie cutter.
Ex.....the guy with the dx1500.1 in the classifieds that's had his **** for sale for 6+ months, and won't sell it for $25 less than asking.
Just stupid ****.
So don't buy it. The demand is what sets the price. No demand: low price, and vice versa.Ex.....the guy with the dx1500.1 in the classifieds that's had his **** for sale for 6+ months, and won't sell it for $25 less than asking.
Just stupid ****.
this is true^ funny thing i seen a sampson sell on ebay for $675 shipped and the same week a Goliath sold for over $800.so to me the sampson is not worth as much anymore.it's just like the economy if you get one guy that will do the job for $5 less and hour he just set the price and everyone will follow.sux but its what happenedIt would appear so.
Also, value is relative to the community. Just because you think it is to high priced, will not mean everyone thinks so. With that being said, the community is what sets the price. If an amp will sell at a higher price, then the seller should ask that price. Even if that means they are only $15 cheaper then new. If there are buyers in the price range then that is what happens.
There are many things that will set the selling price as a whole, but WE are a big factor there.
