I first sent my amp off like earlier january and i got it back and it would still go into protection so i sent it back, and he said he couldnt find anything wrong with it, so he was gonna send me another amp thats just like it but diff case. i was cool with that but then he said there was somthin wrong with it and still hasnt fixed that one. i'm thinking about just buying a new one and filing a claim with paypal and bbb.

They are not upstanding at all. I would highly recommend that you get your money back and never contact them again.

I sent 3 amps to them a while ago (~ 2 years IIRC), and all seemed to work fine for me back then. I still have one of the amps but haven't hooked it up in ages.

But i've heard alot of stuff about kb recently. Looks like the company took a turn for the worse.

Ive been dealing with Scott at http://www.amprepaircenter.com recently, fast turn around and free shipping back to ya..about the same prices as K&B but you actually get to see your amp again.

Id speak about more bad experiences with K&B, but I dont feel like writing a dissertation today.
