Wtf is in my amp

So i decided to look at my amp guts today for shits and gigs and i noticed there was what looked like dried up super glue which yeah is normal but there is a **** ton all over.... Its clear smooth surface and there is alot.. some around the capacitors and transistor and alot every where..im working on uploading a pic... is this bad? I can't hook it up right now because there is no wiring in my truck at the moment..

I was going to say, wasn't like that when I sold it at all. lol. I still have the pics of the guts somewhere on here from when I owned it if it's the proto amp.
