Doesn't look like cap leakage. If it's solid, then it's most likely glue.

yea i'm pretty sure it's just glue, the amp was a proto and from what I remember, they were pretty generous on the board with that stuff anyhow. It was a good amp, I loved the way it looked but eh, I never keep anything long.

So I think I just either blew m/y amp or have a horrible ground which I can't fix till my terminals come in......... so here's what happened.. I found some 4 gauge wires in my garage hooked em all up and what not but had no terminal on the ground wire so I stuck it on the bolt with no terminal and tighbten the **** out of it... so I had my car on setting the gaqins and in my big rush I immediatley went to plug the speaker wire in.... well that was mymistake having the car on so then as I plug iin my positive speaker wire a spark pops and my sub let's out a huge boom and sgtops and now my speaker outputs are giving no voltage out.... so I'm really bummed if I just blew it but hey I get tospend my 400 on a new amp instead my needed batts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I never have before... I was such a rush i didnt bother to disconnect the neg off my battery or anything.... I've never had problems with installs but i've never been in such a rush before lol

So i decided if my amp is blown im going to get an AQ 2200d... How are those?? I hear they have clipping indicators too which sounds sexy.. do they do rated?
