Wtf anything we can do?

okay heres the problem my gf and her two friends stole some lip gloss or something from target and they got caught. So they signed all the papers so the police wouldnt be brought in and i guess they told her if there stuff isnt over ten dollars they wouldnt be charged anything well her two friends items were priced at like 9 dollars well my gf's lip gloss thing is marked at like 6 dollars and they put it as ten. Well when they left they said they were banned and all that an thats it well my gf got in the mail that target demands $375 dollars for stealing and her other friends didnt. So should i like go up there and find out what they did to charge her so much is there anything i can do?

you have to pay fines through the courts. target is going to try and charge their own fine. screw them!!!!! king soopers pulled that with my gf's little brother over some 12 dollar sun glasses. the sent a demand for 250$. i called them and asked them how they come up with that kind of fine. they take the amount of all the product that they can't account for because of theft and divide it by the number of people that got caught. i told them to f off and take him to court. haven't heard another word. pay the fines through the court, but do not give target anything. it is not a criminal charge to not pay target's little private demand for money.

I was in court this last tuesday and petty larceny charges came with a $300 fine, reimbursment, 6 months probation, and bannishment from the store...$375 sounds like a deal.

You catch more flies with sugar my friend...*****ing at them wont want to make them help you. Be respectful, and not a dick and ask politely whats going on and how they can help.

1) if any money is getting paid, make her *** do it.

2)give target 6 dollars and not a penny more. that 375 is the moron fund. anyone stupid enough to pay a fine that doesn't involve the state, county, or city is dumb
