doesnt it seperate the water to hydrogen and oxygen first then burn that or something?
No, it burns the water first. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif

I think it goes by the same concept as how the space shuttle is launched. Its just restricting that power thats an issue. Cant have hyrdrogen powered cars running around, lol

Basically using electricity it splits the oxygen and hydrogen molecules & we all know that hyrdrogen is a **** good source of energy. The emissons are going to be vaporized water which will naturally recycle.

Ive ran over the concept of this many times, but I dont think the Gov will let it fly so to speak. Its going to cost too much $ to let it go through IMO. Think about it, an energy source that will recycle itself & you can fill up **** near anywere. Oil will be obsolete. It would be for the better of the planet in the long run but I just dont think were going to see this in our lifetimes. Anything is possible though.

Trust me the technology is there, Our government will destroy it and get rid of whatever or whoever they have to for this not too work.
Ignorant, you are. Conspiracy theories, there are not. Comedy Central you must stop watching. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
