I don't like the new dustcaps, I liked the older one's better. I heard 2 12's in a caddy and those subs hit the lows like crazy.

How would these compare to say an IDMAX or an IDQ? in both raw output and SQ? only thing that scares me is the dual 6ohm config but then again they probably don't need a whole truck load of power to sound good.

thats for sure. i wouldnt be supprised if thumper knows the dude as hes from bc aswell. the instal was in a passat i beleive. very well done:greedy:

I read on diyma that the 10's are a cut above the 12's and 15's, they ran a bunch of test that I know nothing about and came up with really good numbers for the tens.

in a .5cf3 sealed box the gti would be really held back

mine each have 1.65cf3 plus sub and port diss with a port

velosity just below 6%...

they hit like a pair of 12" but are stupid fast

It wasn't that bad, sounded really good and got decently loud.
