Ok gonna be a little read here, CLIFFS AT BOTTOM.

Yesterday i try calling my homie to see whats good for the night. After 3 hours of him not answering his phone, another one of my freinds calls me and says he is in jail. This is what happened. A friend we both know comes and picks him up, and they go over to a dudes house. The three of them are sitting on the backporch enjoying a few bong hits. While sitting on the backporch the house is surrounded by 4 cop cars and the three walk casually inside the house. One guy had the bud and the bong was his, and he threw it. He would not man up to these being his, so all three got taken to jail and charged with Possession, Paraphanelia, and FLEEING!.

One cop pulls my buddy aside and writes his number down on a blank card and says "call me monday if you can get me some dope and we'll drop all of your charges"

Can my buddy use that in court? I dont know what to do, he's screwed, hes got this courtdate and then another in march...

*Buddy goes to other dudes house

*Dude pulls out bong and weed

*cops pull up

*Dude wont admit its his

*all three get charged with possession, para, and fleeing for walking back into the house

*arresting officer is DIRTY!

They would not have gotten any charges if the guy who had the bud and the bong woulda fessed up.

The guy said he would bail my friend out after he got out, he had $1000 on em. But when he got out he ditched. I mean they are all at fault, but its the guy who had the bud fault

Now my friend has 3 misdemenor charges and a court date upon another charge and another court date. I dont think i could tell you the whole story so you could understand.

He's going to jail no matter what, and cops are dirty pigs, and fake friends are douches. the end.`
