it is the memphis amp. I'm not sure what the model number is i just emailed the person again to find out but they say it is in working condition. It just appears to have a little cancer on the exterior

that thing probably does 1000+ watts rms judging by the size of it. my friend has the 1100x1 amp that looks just like it. they rock especially for 60 bucks.

quick run to the chopper!!!!!!! hell ya get that amp 60 bucks I would buy it even if I didn't need it. get some felt pads and compound those look awesome polished.
