Would this setup work well or just ****?

I really like the looks of this set up with the slot port on the bottom and the amps mounted above it. But when the rear hatch is closed it seems like the port would be real close to the back wall. Not much room for the air to move, so would this create a problem and sound weird or is it fine?

It would work fine...I always left as much room between the ports and the back as the width of the port. Looks like its around 5 inches in that case, so atleast 5 inches from the back wall. More is better though...
