I'm kinda new to car audio and was thinking about redoing my sytem and was wondering if this was wired up correctly or would there be anyhting that I would need to change? I was thinking about getting Infinity KAPPA four amp and the crossover Clarion-MCD and a Pioneer-DEH head unit. ARe these good choices or would you guys recomend anything else?

Seems you are a bit confused. That wiring setup is incorrect.

First off, I would recommend forgetting the Clarion EQ and XO...spend that $ on a better head unit.

Second, I would I would suggest either a 4ch amp and a sub amp...or a 5ch amp to run your system.

Yeah I am aha I never set up a system like this so I just tried my best to wire it up. The headunit in the picture isn't the one I have It was just the first google image. The headunit I was going to get was Pioneer-DEH. I wanted to get the eq so I wouldn't have to go though the headunit to change it. Also you're saying that I wouldn't need the crossover?

I have an Alpine CDE143BT head unit, a Rockford Fosgate P400-4 4 channel amp, and 2 8" JBL GTO804 (4 ohm) subs. I have a set of speakers wired to the front channels. I bridged the rear for the subs. I connect the positive and negative from the bridged ports on the amp to the positive and negative terminals on sub 1, then connected the positive on sub 1 to positive on sub 2 and negative on sub 1 to negative on sub 2. It looks like pictured below . Is this the best way to wire them? My setup looks awesome, but I have not wired a system before and don't know the best way to do it with my equipment. Thanks for your help in advance.

the 80prs has a pretty good cross over you dont need it, depending on how much bass you need, you most likley can get a way with 5 channel amp

something like this

XDI805 Arc Audio Amp 5 Channel Components Speakers Sub Car Amplifier XDI 805 | eBay

or this

Massive NX5 Nano Block Series 5 Channel Amplifier | eBay
