Its for a 12" and the back seats recline so i was having the back of the box slopped so it fits the angle.

Just because a prefab does it doesn't mean it's OK.... but there's nothing wrong with using the angled back nonetheless....

It's not going to make a difference, sealed. The only difference is, is there is that that much less internal volume as if it were to be a square.

no There Is Nothing Wrong With An Angled Box, No There Will Not Be Cancelation You Should Read Some Basics On Enclosure Design And Answer The Questions For Yourself
