2 Memphis pr 12's... or 1 12 alpine type r?

and if i were to get the type r.. how much wattage should i power it with? i know it can take 1500w max but what would be ideal?

not an option right now.. this is going to be a partial christmas gift and then ill be taking some out of my checking account.. in college right now and wont have a job till school gets out

I personally like the 2 Memphis PRs, much better sounding woofers than the R IMO....great woofer esp for the price, and watts you can do anywhere from 500-1500
