Would 2 Boston Acoustic Generator 10" sound better then 2 Infinity 1030 10" ??

Does anyone own or have heard Boston Acousics Generator 10" sub?

I can get 2 Generator 10s in a decent box for $300...

Would I notice an improvement in SPL or SQ over my Infinity 1030s ??

I'm thinking yes... but these seem to be the older generation of Boston Acoustic subs that are not known to be that great..

but my infinitys are $1.00 on ebay.. SOoo.. i'm guessing I might notice a slight improvement but not much..

What do u guys think?

ahhhh boston and infinity arnt in the same leauge. im sure there would be a noticable differance in SQ

In the interest of corporate bottom line Boston has made some bargain-basement gear just like everyone else.

Having said that ~ I have no direct experience with the Generator subs you're asking about, AVSTANG ~ is there any way for you to audition them prior to buying them?

Link? Pics? There are some BA subs that ive seen that really hit hard... It just depends, Id have to see them.

I own a bargain basement BA sub myself. Not too bad, really....

i own "bargin basment" BA speakers that blow away most enrty level companys hi end shit. its realy all in the install. good drivers sound shity in a shity install
