I have an MT 10, and I know you can send it in and upsize, I think one size, right? From a 10 to a 12??? My question is, how much is it, as I am thinking of doing it.

shipping to re, $25 for the 12" basket, $80-90 for the recone and then shipping back to you...most of the time, they dont have a labor charge.

or do it yourself and save $50-100 on shipping...its not hard, all you need is a manilla folder and some tape.

If you are willing to pay for the new frame, you can change from any size sub to any other available size you want. In other words, you aren't limited to upsizing (or downsizing) one size (ie 10 to 12... you can go from a 10 to an 18).
