um. i bumped my head on a trunk lid once.

Screwing a box together.. had my left hand inside, and didn't pay attention to the wood lining up.

1.5 inch wood screw > my finger..

Friend of mine was installing a system and tried to strip the power wire with his teeth, it sent electricity through his entire mouth, well a week or so later he was stripping speaker wire with his teeth and ripped out his front 2 teeth, now his teeth are decaying and won't stop they chip and break everything won't be much longer till there all gone

Screw went into my hand once when my drill slipped. Worst one was probably when I was putting a phone kit in a new Benz. Had my butane soldering iron in my roll of solder and bumped it by accident. I freaked cause I thought it would burn something so my first reaction was to grab it...
