Meh, most cars have built in crumple zones now, front and rear just for these sorta accidents. You'll notice the front and rear of the honda are completely wrecked, yet the cabin is mostly untouched. Not sure why the g35 is in such great shape, weird things happen though....

i blasted someone with my 92 t-bird, a taurus to be exact, it was pretty bad lol.

Man sorry to hear this, wasn't it you that was talking about getting a paint job? I have the same color as you, same year too but mines a sedan =/ but anyways the paint looked awesome on your car and yeah it was a nice car, sorry it had to happen, and yeah while Civics may not be the nicest, I am attached to mine even though it isn't the greatest. I just want to move up to a Prelude 97+ soon.

That's pretty elementary. The only thing that would've helped is if his wheel was straight and he managed, out of some feat of Frogger himself, press the accelerator in first gear as quick as possible and zoom across traffic.

dude.... you need to hire an attorney asap! they can't prove minimal neck injuries. you can go back to a doctor and say that your neck hurts real bad and that your having migraines. they will tell you to see a chipractor... i would decline. go to an orthopedic. he will prescribe you physical therAPY. you could make about $20,000-$35,000 from the idiots insurance. you can also file a civil lawsuit against him too.

remember... they can't prove that your neck is not injured without an MRI. even then, thet doesn't ahow hyper-extended muscles and ligaments.

go get your money!!!!

Glad you're OK for the most part man. I can't stand people like that who are so snobby and insensitive that they could really care less about the well being of others, everything's just money to them. Hope you get a nice chunk of change for the pain and suffering from that *******.

I'm sure you will find another car man, I know it's hard right now but once you get your head straight and rest up a week or two you can start "rebuilding" so to speak. Good luck!

I was using my blinker. I always do.

If you see the pics of the rear end, you will see the impact is slightly off to the right, which threw me left into traffic, but if the guy hit me on the left side I would of went the other way away from traffic.

And my wheels were straight. And I was out of gear, with no foot on the brake.

For those who said he wasn't going 60 (I'm not sure exactly how fast he was going), it's very possible that he was going that fast. My car is light. I can push it up my driveway by myself. I was out of gear, with no brakes on, any tap will move my car, let alone that boat of a car that rear ended me. I think if I was parked or had my foot on the brake I wouldn't of moved as much and the G35 would of been in a little worse condition.

It's a good thing Hondas are engineered to be so safe like that. Any other car and it might not've turned out so well.
