The passenger of the G35 got out, but not the driver, they both didn't say shit to me. The cops had to put me in the back of a car to "detain" me until parimedics came to the scene because I was in such a rage.

instead of sulking over your old car, now you can plan on finding a new, even better car. hell, they are practically giving away automobiles at the dealerships with the horrid market atm. hopefully the insurance doesn't try to stiff you, and get well soon.

His insurance company has already been talked to, and this guy has been in so many wrecks, he just thinks it's a joke. He has like $1,000,000 complete coverage for everything, so he's going to be *****. Also I'm going to sue him for time out of work and hospital bills.

The car that I got pushed into was an S-10. It's going to need a bumper support, radiator, left head light, and left fender, and possibly a hood. Repairs for that are going to be from the guy's insurance that hit me.

The guy that I was pushed into actually used to work with my grandma, so we're both on the same side, and he seen every thing that happened. Not that it even matters for our stories, though. The little smirking douchebag driving the G35 admitted to the police that he wasn't watching and didn't even try to stop. There wasn't even skid marks from his car on the road, just a mark from my car skidding into the oncoming trunk then doing a 180 around.

We're taking his *** for any and every thing he can get.

Which sucks now, it's going to be hard as hell to find a clean 6th Gen. Civic like mine. All the ones I've seen online and in Craig's List (been looking since 3am) are ***** and molested.
