i know this is about a box, but its audio in general, and the car itself. im building in trunk and seem to have misplaced my key. the reason i think my insurance agent took them, is because i had them on my work bench and only pressed the trunk button to open my trunk and got to work. he then does his thing and i go inside while he does that. i get to work on my box again, he comes up and asks what i was building, and i told him a box for my car audio setup. he then proceeded to leave. so i called my insurance agent because he was here earlier thinking maybe he picked them up. he "says" he didnt but who the hell knows if hes telling the truth. so the only way i can check to see if they are in my spare tire well is completely destroying my box and false floor....NOT happy. my mother turned the garage upside down looking for them and didnt find them. i dont think i brought them in the house, nor put them in my trunk while i was working, im not THAT stupid. i swear the only place tey could be is under the false floor, or in this guys hands which he claims there not. my only deal is, there is only a 2 inch gap or so fromt he floor to the hatch area of the trunk. if they fell through, i can see the front part of the tire area and i havent moved my car. therefore, the whole "somthing in motion braking has a forward gravity pull" couldnt take place. this sucks so bad. i really cant have this box in my car, but i want my type r's hitting nicely so i dont know what the hell to do now.

i beg to differ.

i saw a 2005 stang build with four 10's and two fairly large sized amps and a 10" monitor all in the trunk. prolly had over 4 cubes and plenty of storage room left. all of wich was completly removeable.

check under your tool boxs or under your bench...one time my dad lost his glasses in the garage and we couldnt find them for 2 months...then i dropped a nut on the ground and looked under the toolbox and there they were

I barely got two 1.8 cube ported boxes to fit in the back of a 2003 mustang. And actually, i could only build one outside the trunk. I had to build the other one inside. Not to mention that the only thing he could fit in the back was his spare tire, which slid right between the boxes and the trunk lid. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

So, to have that much crap be removable is pretty astounding.

Those two boxes took up the ENTIRE trunk.

D*mn stupid *** mustangs. Although i think the 2005 mustangs have a bigger trunk. And i KNOW they have a bigger opening, which could explain how he could get all that crap out of the trunk.

I haven't checked out the 2005 Mustang much, but my 2000 has 2 15" Avalanches in there.
Complete BS

The 00' - 93s are similar to the f body that was used on the camaro i have, 92, and i know for a fact, your not going to fit 2 15"s of anything in there, i had to spend $1,600 on a custom glass job to get 1 15" ava in my camaro... Most of the guys around here said THAT was impossable, but i finally found somebody up to the challange... Im not much for the fix or repair daily stangs, but im positive you didnt get 2 of anything like an ava in there.
