ok, so after a lot of research and patience, i am finally ready to get going with my box design/build. i will be building two seperate boxes, to stack on top of one another, similar to neverenuffbass's in his durango... each box will be 5.75 cubic feet after all displacements, tuned to 35hz, holding two massive audio cw12's with 100 sq of port per box. so total there will be 200sq of port and four cw12's powered by an MA Audio hk4000d. here are a few pics of the subs, and the start of a project i have been anxious about for a while now...

update: ok, so im an idiot. when designing the boxes.. i forgot to take into account the fact that the bottom box will in fact fit at 30" deep, the rear hatch on my jeep goes inward as it gets closer to the roof, where there is no way 30" deep will fit, at most 25" wil fit. so right now i am redesigning the boxes to be 25" deep and have one port of 100 sq, trying to see what i can save from what i've already cut and whatnot...

ok, its been a couple days, but i been mad busy, and to top it all off, i forgot, and this is a warning to all new builders such as me, MEASURE TWO, THREE, A THOUSAND TIMES before you cut, i left out a step, talked about in detail a few posts up, and i had to redesign the entire thing. well, here is what i have so far, hopefully ill get it double baffled later today and the top put on it... and in the pics with the port, its not in yet, just mocked up for picture purposes

Does that go from the floor to the ceiling? if so, you may have to wrestle it into the trunk.

nah, it leaves about 3 inches clearance, the rear hatchs opening isnt as tall as the ceiling, so i had to make it fit where i could take it in and out... BTW... just finished baffles, should have pics up soon
