this rain has been kicking my azz

last night i was at my friends house in queenz..and it rained so hard...one of the other wires fell and touched another wire...and all u heard was a buzz....and next thing u know..lights were flickering and the lights went out......we had to call con-ed...and they came seperated the wires that grounded each other..and they also found out..that the whole block had low voltage becuz of that.....then driving home...the highway was flooded....a normal 30min commute turned into a hour commute...it was crazy
