yea infantry isnt my thing im the mechanic my buddy just left wednesday for boot in fort benning georgia for airborne ranger hes the elite mother fuker savin are happy a$ses lol

mediocre i don't think so when you can 2 time your boby weight you are a strong mother focker in any weight lifters eyes that is all you have to do to get respect in the gym
lmao that has to be one of the funniest things ive ever read. thats all ill say though

and what is so funny please tell me i would really like to know

I think its funny bc what it takes to get respect in your gym is TOTALLY different than what it takes to get respect at my gym(then again my gym is nothing but hardcore bodybuilders and powerlifters).

Anyway, in order to get respect, at least in my gym, you need to actually KNOW what you are doing in the gym. you cant be one of these idiots that thinks more weight along with sh*tty form is better than using lighter weight and perfect form. you also need to do more than bench pressing where you put a ton of weight on and then bounce the bar off your chest. oh and dont get me started on these guys who load up the leg press machines with plates and then do enough of a rep where it bends their knees and they think they are the sh*t bc they moved 700 pounds about an inch! Those are the things we just laugh about in our gym.

So im not gonna lie and say that lifting twice your bodyweight isnt a good accomplishment, bc it is. but thats not what it takes to get respect in a gym... at least not down here in the south.

I wish I could lift double my body weight, Im at 60lbs over my weight on the bench (I weigh 170 so thats 230).

96pathfinder you havent left for boot yet? do you know where you are going to try to get stationed? Ive only known 2 helicopter mechanics, they both went to NC. They were black hawk mechanics.

hmmmmmm well if you wanted to read the whole thing i said( IF YOU LIFT WRONG WITH NO FORM WHAT IS THE POINT) i have lifted for many years and i couldn't give a shit less what any one thought about what i lifted and no i push 550 with perfect form thank you and no i move full reps so no read the whole thing and then talk shit untill then i don't care what you do down south NEXT i always promote safe lifting i don't wanna see anyone get hurt DO WHAT YOU CAN NO MORE NO LESS

and BTW who cares what they though about at the GYM i worked out at golds and it took 2 yrs till i talked to any one cause i did my thing and the i started gettin tips fock anyone else it's just like system everyone has there own way of doing it

I appreciate all the comments guys. But for me, my strength is lacking badly. And I should correct what I said earlier. I work at a resturaunt 5 days out of the week, So my food intake has increased dramatically. Turkey sandwiches with xtra mayo, 3/4 lb burgers drenched in B-B-Q sauce, onion rings, and LOTS of chicken, Chicken sandwiches, tenders, wings, Buffalo calzones, and pizza's stacked to the ceiling. Thats what i eat now, pretty much all I eat, I don't like candy or snacks cookies etc. So i don't eat that junk. I'm also trying to avoid soda's so drink alot of nestea. But I dabble in some coke now and again for the caffiene. 35 Hours of work and 15 hours of school plus ALOT of homework each week, I need the caffiene.

How does my diet sound, Healthy? Or is there something I could change.. Food is free and I can make whatever I want, Whenever.

Also, 260 lb max at 135 lb weight = weak.

EDIT: I love to type.
